Returns & "Cooling Off" Period
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
Hygiene & Safety (Skincare Products)
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, unsealed, or used, unless the product is faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
Faulty or Damaged Items

Processing Your Refund
